I have this family-heirloom lacquer lamp, which was made by my mother's lacquer company 30 years ago. She may have hand-carved it herself.
I am buying a lamp shade for it. Which one is better?

I tend to be a minimalist, so I dig the plain white one. But then I think the bottom beige one might go a little better with this lamp.
A. looks beautiful but might not go too well with the red lamp. The very light brown will go extremely well with the red lamp, so B. it is (for me).
A. Looks cleaner. I think B will just look a bit grimy with that lamp.
A looks better. :)
B for me. I can't really tell what colour it is exactly but it looks close to a golden hue, which goes well with red. Plus, the more traditional shape lends nicely to the age of the lamp.
I like A better!
