At first I thought it was a funny juxtaposition of two popular internet memes, but then I remembered which blog this is and concluded that it's another subtle jab at Asian men to make them feel inadequate.

Explanation of the joke: The use of "can has" for "may have" is common in lolcats; a popular example of this is "I can has cheezburger?" with the picture of a cat with a hungry look in its eyes. The popular Obama meme is "Yes we can," as in "Yes, we can change this country..." or whatever else. Step 2. Combine memes. Step 3. ??? Step 4. Profit!
